Before we present properties to our clients we check their diligience, not just the legal aspect but also of the structural condition etc - to save our clients’ precious time. To buy
Once our clients decide to purchase a property, we will accompany them throughout the whole process, from receiving legal identification from the Spanish government through to getting the deeds. In case clients could not physically be involved with the transaction then with their authorization we will do all the necessary work.
To sell
If any clients wish to sell their property, we will be glad to help find a buyer, with an authorization from the client we will save time by acting on their behalf in the transaction.
To manage the property
We can help clients manage their properties - from the moment they became the owners our interior design experts can help rearrange furnishings according to taste or our efficient construction team can undertake a complete refurbishment. If the property is in an ideal condition we can help them find long-term or short-term tenants. The service also includes rent collection, problem shooting or necessary care when the property is vacant.
Commercial space
There is an increasing Chinese population that is searching for business opportunities so we strive to provide the best service in searching, negotiating, legal processes and new shop styling if necessary.
